Chiller technician • Kossuth County, Iowa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a chiller technician in Kossuth County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy refrigeration workshop. On a typical shift you will clean condenser and evaporator coils; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC Rotating shifts.
