Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Edgecombe County, North Carolina. Day to day you will fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware. Requirements: • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
