Requirements: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Physically fit and comfortable working at height The role involves: • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
