Join our team: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Quitman County, Mississippi. Day to day you will float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits.
