Back-of-house cleaner — Hubbard County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Hubbard County, Minnesota. You will work at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
