Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Gezawa, Kano State. You will be based in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. On the job you will handle: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake What we are looking for: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Six days a week, one day off.
