Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial tyre fitter in Jenkins County, Georgia. You will work in a tyre and puncture shop. The role involves: • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies Requirements: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer 6+ years on the tools preferred.
