Join our team: we are hiring a banksman in Knox County, Indiana. You will be based at a power plant. You will guide loads through tight openings into their final position; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
