Rebar fixer — Honolulu County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Honolulu County, Hawaii. The role involves fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations 4+ years on the tools preferred.
