Steam press operator wanted in Union County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steam press operator in Union County, Kentucky. The job is at a garment factory. The role involves operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
