Shuttering fixer wanted in Randolph County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Randolph County, Arkansas. The role involves set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. What we are looking for: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork 1+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
