Kitchen steward — York County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in York County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
