Reinforcement steel fixer — Eau Claire County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin. The job is at a precast concrete yard. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Your main tasks: • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust Full-time with occasional weekends.
