Commis chef wanted in Blackburn with Darwen

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Blackburn with Darwen, England. The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 4+ years on the tools preferred.
