Your main tasks: • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift • Wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times Rotating shifts.
