Now hiring: we are hiring a painter in Socorro County, New Mexico. You will work in a factory paint shop. You will hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames. Requirements: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits.
