QC technician wanted in Clarke County

Now hiring: we are hiring a QC technician in Clarke County, Iowa. The role involves: • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
