Captain waiter — Enugu East

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Enugu East, Enugu State. Day to day you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
