Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Nicholas County, West Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
