Immediate opening: bar waiter (Louisiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar waiter in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner The role involves: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad 4+ years on the tools preferred.
