Fabricator-welder wanted in Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Monroe County, Wisconsin. You will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec. Ideal candidate: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
