Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine operator in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter You should have: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Good attention to detail and steady hands • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer £2,100 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
