On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
