Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Ottawa County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ottawa County, Michigan. The job is at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
