What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies.
