Immediate opening: we are hiring a commercial tyre fitter in Jasper County, Illinois. Requirements: • Punctual and willing to work weekends • Awareness of workshop health and safety • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres Day-to-day duties: • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
