Rough terrain crane operator wanted in Orleans Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Orleans Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. Your main tasks: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports What we are looking for: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
