Auto body repairer — Westchester County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an auto body repairer in Westchester County, New York. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. On a typical shift you will knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Six days a week, one day off.
