Join our team: gantry crane operator (Minnesota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Goodhue County, Minnesota. You will be based on a high-rise tower crane. The role involves: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Rotating shifts.
