You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports On a typical shift you will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
