Powder coating line operator wanted in Republic County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Republic County, Kansas. You will be based on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
