GMAW welder wanted in Appling County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Appling County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently You will tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
