Safety inspector wanted in Garza County

Now hiring: we are hiring a safety inspector in Garza County, Texas. The job is on a road and infrastructure project. Day-to-day duties: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
