Pressman — Columbus County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pressman in Columbus County, North Carolina. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. Your main tasks: • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
