Powder coating line operator wanted in Jessamine County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Jessamine County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
