Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar installer in Sierra County, California. Ideal candidate: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level The role involves: • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour $11,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
