Scaffolding supervisor — Leelanau County

Join our team: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Leelanau County, Michigan. The job is on a busy construction site. Requirements: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice Your main tasks: • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
