Milling machinist — Santa Fe County

Now hiring: we are hiring a milling machinist in Santa Fe County, New Mexico. Day to day you will run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. Ideal candidate: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
