Vacancy available: fry cook (Colorado)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Rio Blanco County, Colorado. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
