Vertical transportation technician • Nuckolls County, Nebraska

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Nuckolls County, Nebraska. You will be based on a lift modernisation project. Day-to-day duties: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
