Stainless steel welder — Spotsylvania County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection The role involves run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
