Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦10,000 per day, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
