We are recruiting: moulder (Kaduna State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a moulder in Zangon Kataf, Kaduna State. The job is in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Day-to-day duties: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles 5+ years on the tools preferred. ₦235,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
