What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
