You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Day-to-day duties: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour Rotating shifts.
