We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Haywood County, Tennessee. The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
