Great opportunity: shuttering carpenter (Ohio)

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Wyandot County, Ohio. You will work on a busy high-rise construction site. The role involves fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
