Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Tripp County, South Dakota. You will be based on a housing development site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site On a typical shift you will track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly.
