Pot washer — Jones County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Jones County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
