Milling machine operator • Forsyth County, North Carolina

Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Forsyth County, North Carolina. You will work in a die and mould making unit. On a typical shift you will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift 6+ years on the tools preferred.
